My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

Absolutely. We are happy to accommodate your pets' individual needs whether it be canned food, dry or a raw diet. Just bring it with instructions.

What do you supply for overnight boarding?

We supply a comfortable safe space for your cat. We have all the necessities Food, litter box, cat tree, bedding. You are welcome to bring treats, toys, bedding or an item that smells like home to leave with them.

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

You are welcome to call, text or email to check on your pet. Pictures or video can be sent for an additional charge.

My plans changed; can I pick up a different day/time than what was scheduled?

Yes. As long as you communicate the changes, we will do our best to accommodate any changes. There will be a fee charged for no call no show.
